The Autumn Reset is a personalised 1:1 coaching program designed to help you build energy in a way that’s natural, joyful, and long-lasting. This is about lifestyle, habit & nutrition changes that align with your life, not quick fixes that leave you feeling drained.

Hi I’m Lucy, a certified Integrative Health Coach.

Through this six week programme, I’ll work with you to help you feel more nourished and vibrant so you can feel your best as we transition into autumn and winter.

In each session, I’ll offer you the space to explore your health goals and progress in a way that feels gentle and doable, focusing on sustainable changes that bring long-lasting results.

By the end of the programme, you’ll have a personalised, healthy toolkit, and a plan in place that will carry you through the colder months with more energy, calm, feeling nourished and at your best.

The Autumn Reset is perfect if you’re a woman in your 30s (or beyond), struggling with energy, who’s ready to say goodbye to quick fixes and build a solid foundation of health.

What’s included in your 1:1 programme?

1x 90-minute initial consultation

In this first coaching session, we’ll explore your current health and habits, set goals and create a plan that works for you.

2x 45-minute follow-up sessions

Two sessions (in weeks 3 & 5) to review your progress, adjust your plan as needed, and keep you moving forward towards your health goals.

Email support between calls

Receive ongoing support via email (and/or Whatsapp), where I’ll answer questions, provide guidance, and offer accountability to help you stay on track.

Tailored worksheets & resources

You’ll receive tailored worksheets and helpful resources to help implement changes and make your transformation last.

How does it work?

After you’ve booked your first session, you'll receive an email that contains a link to a form which you’ll complete before we meet.

This form will give me (and you!) a snapshot of your health history, any conditions or concerns, and the goals you have for your health and lifestyle.

We’ll take a holistic approach, exploring all aspects of your life, not just nutrition. This includes everything from daily habits and stress levels to sleep, movement, and self-care practices.

The insights you provide in the form, combined with our in-depth exploration during the first session, will help us create a tailored plan just for you.

Hi, I'm Lucy!

I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to struggle with your health & energy. After years of navigating Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and going around in circles within the traditional medical system, I took my health into my own hands - and now I’m here to help you do the same.

As a certified Integrative Health Coach, I guide women to make lasting lifestyle and behaviour changes. I share knowledge, inspiration and guidance around building healthy habits, energy-supporting lifestyle & nutrition changes, embracing seasonal living, nourishing your body with whole foods, and finding joy in the everyday.

My approach focuses on the foundations of wellbeing - like sleep, whole foods, hydration, reducing toxins, movement, and stress management - so you can feel nourished, vibrant, and in control of your health.
