If your enrollment is cancelled due to failed payment, you will be required to re-enroll in the course or program at the current price, and we cannot guarantee that any previously offered discounts or promotions will still be available.

We are not liable for any late payment fees or reclaimed failed payments by PayPal. For members making their monthly membership payment through PayPal, it is your responsibility to ensure your bank card details are correct and up to date, to do this you can follow the steps on the PayPal site. Please make yourself aware of PayPal’s Privacy Policy if this is your chosen payment gateway for your purchase.

COURSE PURCHASE REFUNDS
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and offer a 14-day money-back guarantee refund period for purchases of particular courses from Our Offerings.

In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision for you, within 14 days of enrolment, contact us at hello@lucy-scott.com and let us know you’d like a refund by the 14th day at 23:59 GMT.

We will NOT provide refunds more than 14 days following the date of purchase. After day 14, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.

Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 14 days, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.

RECURRING PAYMENTS
If You have signed up for a payment plan, You hereby authorize Our continued access to Your financial information stored by Our third-party financial processing company referenced in this Agreement until Your payment plan is complete, as set forth in Your acceptance of the purchase terms upon checkout. You may not cancel or avoid these payments except through the Refund Policy. In the event that any payment is not made, the Company shall immediately suspend your access to the Program.

NO GUARANTEES AS TO RESULTS
